Boaventura participates in the launch of the new doctoral program in Senegal

At the end of June, BSS had the honor of being present in Senegal to participate in the launch of the doctoral program, focused on the epistemologies of the South, which took place at the prestigious Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, one of Africa's leading academic institutions.

This doctoral program is based on an epistemological, theoretical, methodological, and pedagogical perspective that BSS has been developing since 1995.

As part of this event, Boaventura gave the inaugural lecture on June 21, which addressed the fundamental pillars of this new academic proposal. The lecture was not only an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences, but also to strengthen ties between participating institutions and foster the exchange of ideas among students, faculty, and program directors.
